Monitor's new flagship, Arctic High, is an entirely new product packed with technical solutions to make your workday in cold environments as comfortable as possible. The boot features an HDry Bio membrane laminated to the upper, completely preventing water from getting between the upper and the membrane, which can otherwise make your foot cold. The boot is lined with both genuine lambswool and 200-gram Thinsulate insulation. The insole is also lined with genuine lambswool and features an aluminum film that reflects heat back from the foot. The upper is made of genuine leather and features a dual BOA® Fit System L+1 closure. The outsole uses Vibram's all-new Tractiongrip -40 concept, with lugs that provide exceptional grip in snow and cold conditions. The midsole is made of ETPU, which remains soft even in extreme cold.
